Arillas is a fairly quiet and peaceful resort that’s perfect for families as children can play on the golden sand beach and paddle in the crystal clear waters, teenagers will enjoy the water sports on the beach and adults can relax or visit one of the local tavernas.
Although Arillas is a fairly small place with most of the activity based around the beach, there is one main road that leads inland from the beach and has things like car rental shops, travel agents, restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets so you really do have everything you need within walking distance.
For those that like a longer walk, there is a new 8.5km trail that starts at the beach and ends at the Microbrewery where you can stop for a beer and a tour or carry on back to the beach. On the walk you’ll discover Arillas in all it’s beauty surrounded by plants and trees and with some gorgeous views. Just don’t forget your camera, walking shoes and definitely take some water.
Arillas is located up in the north west of Corfu island, it’s just over 35km from the capital Kerkyra.
Transfer times from the airport will be at least an hour and could be more depending on traffic and how many stops you have along the way.

The night life in Arillas is actually pretty good, there’s a number of cocktail bars, some of which have live music, there’s Greek nights with traditional dancing and a great selection of restaurants and bars to spend the evening in.
Also nearby are a couple of other nice beaches, Agios Georgios Pagon beach to the south of Arillas and Agios Stefanos beach to the north. You’re also not far from tourist attractions like Cape Drastis and Canal D’Amour.
